Getting the thread started early for once, and with a warning: the patch notes indicate that there may be an issue with an MSQ quest that prevents progress, but gives no further information.
However, according to this post, the German patch notes give different information that suggests the issue may only be with the icons and not an actual blockage. Time will tell.
