1. When a level 70 retainer has completed a quick exploration and you select "View venture report. (Complete)", screen text appears that informs <retainer has reached maximum level>, even if the retainer is the maximum level now.
2. Suggestion: We should only see <retainer has reached maximum level> once when it has reached level 70.
