I started playing at 5.3 and just finished Shadowbringers. I come to find out that to get the resistance weapon questline started you need to have done all of Rabanastre. I've spent 3 days in a row sitting in the queue for 70+ minutes in prime time trying to get into the first raid. And I have to do all 12? Either the quest needs to be changed so it can be accessed without having to do Rabanastre.
