Please add a duty roulette for old deep dungeons (Palace of the Dead, Heaven on High). There are often substantial wait times to get a random group in Palace of the Dead, and virtually nobody is doing higher levels, resulting in massive wait times for content that is supposed to be role-agnostic. Heaven on High is even worse, with 20-30+ minute waits for even the first 10 floors, and as for higher floors, forget about it.
The way it could work is it would select from a pool of floors that you have cleared normally and you have a high enough level weapon and armor for. Your starting level would be decided based on which set of floors is selected. For example if the roulette selects PotD floors 11-20, it could start any players who joined via the roulette at level 20. For players who joined via the NPC outside the dungeon entrance, the system would still work the same as before.
If a new Shadowbringers deep dungeon is added, it could be excluded from the roulette until the expansion after Shadowbringers (Patch 6.0), as it would be current content, and therefore not in need of a roulette.
