This game engine cannot handle stealth and for the sake of keeping the gimmick in NIN has to commit 2 abilities to make it 'work'.
Even then, the devs of this game have made AOEs too large, shouts and mobility abilities do damage for no reason.
NIN already suffers from really long skill animations, the new hit detection and with stealth being badly implemented, you hardly feel in control of your job.
