This year's event adds a new mini-game to the Toy Box, and will reward you with an indoor furnishing (painting) from the event NPC, and a new adorable Wind-Up Ardbert minion from the Wandering Minstrel. You can buy additional furnishings from the vendor, as well as the usual anniversary fireworks sold in previous years.
The quests all take place in Ul'dah, and take about half an hour to complete if you don't skip any text. You will just need to talk to several NPCs, with one mini-game to complete in the middle of it all.
