Reduced Job And Buff Synergy- Has It Been A Good Thing?

As we all know, 5.0 came and made a lot of controversial class changes to improve accessability and to try and to lower job synergy across the board in an effort to make things in order to stop party finder exclusion and to make individual potency boosts more notable.

While many have justifiably been upset by the accessibility coming as homogenisation and stripping of core job gameplay, the feedback for buffs and party synergy has been a lot more varied. Some folks think its been cut too much, others think some jobs have too much/too little compared to the others in their category and some feel its about right because certain buffs are still strong, others still believe there needs to be more variety given the prevalence of damage buffs etc


So I would ask 2 questions

1. Do you feel the overall job balance to be improved with less synergy between jobs?
2. Do you believe that current party wide buffs feel too weak/strong and feel varied enough?
