There's two separate, but related bugs here, I will include steps to reproduce both:
Steps to reproduce visual glitch:
1. Trigger the SCH ability "Recitation", which is supposed to allow for the usage of "Concitation" without consuming resources
2. The visual MP Cost of Concitation is still "1000", however no MP is expended upon casting it
Steps to reproduce activation glitch:
1. Expend MP on SCH until MP < 1000(I achieved this by switching from a DoH to SCH since you start at 0 MP)
2. Trigger the SCH ability "Recitation", which is supposed to allow for the usage of "Concitation" without consuming resources
3. Until your MP > 1000 you are unable to use Concitation with the warning "Not enough MP", however the usage of Concitation under Recitation itself does not use MP, which is why I believe this to be a bug.
