Rebuying Dlc?

Hey guys I have an account with first 2 DLC and one level 10 or 15 character, would you say it’s better to level up a bunch of classes to lv35 that I’m interested in playing on another free trial account and then rebuying the DLC during a sale? Seems like it might be cheaper than just paying a subscription fee on my current account and levelling everything up
