Howdy!
This is an experiment I'd like to try on Goblin to see if there's any interest. One of FFXIV's many strengths is its group content. It's great to see SE offering a variety of things for people at 80 to do, but some of us take our sweet ol' time getting there and it can be difficult to find groups that do lower-level content (1-50) without rushing through it at mach 5. Sometimes people just want to stop and smell the roses in the lower-level instances, enjoy the scenery, not feel bad about watching a cutscene, and learn from each other how to get through the dungeon without being carried through it. It's a lot more satisfying when you kill the boss even though nobody in the group has any idea what the dungeon entails.
Are you looking for lower-level dungeons, raids, trials, or even guildhests? Don't care if someone makes a mistake or if the group wipes? Want to try dungeons on classes you aren't familiar with to see what group content is like for that class? Want to take things at a slower pace and maybe stop once in a while to look at something shiny? Don't care about speed bonuses? Want to go through a dungeon just because?
If that's something you're interested in, Really Casual Parties might be for you. There a LS and discord. There will be a fellowship within a day or so. There is no FC for this, so you don't need to leave the one you're in!
-----
The discord has a text channel for each dungeon/raid/trial/guildhest from 10-50 so people can arrange for parties either soon or at a future date, and where they can also ask questions about the instance. There's also a channel for Palace of the Dead groups, and there are some voice channels of various sizes if people want to use them.

The RCP linkshell, which is on Goblin, can be used for arranging more immediate groups without having to switch to discord. Message me in-game to get a linkshell invite, or via discord to arrange an in-game time to get the invite (probably the easier option).
The fellowship will exist mostly as a way to point people in the direction of the discord and LS, but people will be able to make arrangements for groups there as well.
