Real Talk: Can the 'PvP' devs of this game start doing some work?

I want to see the 'PvP' devs actually start earning the rice on their table.

I am getting really bored of Asian Todd Howard claiming he loves PvP but then release two unfinished jobs for an expansion.

You have increased base line damage but increas HP minor, what for? This is null and void. Did you want your patch notes to read longer?

You have added nearly 100% more crowd control into the game but have not introduced diminishing returns or improved purify.

You have given other jobs kits to others? Why? Do you want everyone to feel special and have no identity? You're trying to mimic overwatch and league of legend. The champions for those games have distinguished kits. Or was this a change for the sake of a change to pretend you gave a second thought to PvP?

You have added skills to jobs like NIN that ruin the flow because you can be kited by the time you get the chance to use it just by someone back stepping.

You claim the new jobs are new and they don't need looking into but then you say you're 'working on animations' however the animations for example on Hyosho Ranryu or Awaken take so long to land I might as well go AFK.

There is absolutely zero trial and error between the jobs and you have done blanket fixes to claim you've done something.

Do some f***ing working.
Play your own f***ing game.

Give the community some pvp communication.

Introduce a learning area for new peope to learn PvP like you have for dungeons.

Are you running PvP changes through some AI without having an actual human being with two brains cells do some proofing because I can tell you anyone would think adding so much crowd control without compensation would suggest it's a bad idea.
