This post is meant to offer a solution for users of the Razer Tartarus Pro or Razer Tartarus v2 gamepad whose thumbstick switched to camera-only control for no apparent reason.

I followed all the steps provided by Votraftur. As with both SmudgeDragon and xKekoa, none of them worked.
However, I was eventually able to get my Razer Tartarus v2 thumbstick back to controlling my character instead of the camera.
Open Game Controllers Settings via Run Command:
Press Windows + R, type joy.cpl, and press Enter
Pick "Joystick (Razer Tartarus V2) on the list.
Click "Advanced..."
Set Joystick (Razer Tartarus V2) as the preferred device.
Now, this may not be the silver-bullet step, as I also did the following:
-Upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
-Used Windows Update to install the optional drivers.
-Used Razer Driver Clean-up Tool
-Reverted back to Razer Synapse 3
