Seeing many story around housing i guess im kinda lucky, get a small house without even trying. One click and its done. Or maybe because its small so there's not many competition there.
One thing that i really hate about video game is grinding and time gating, and placard camping is one of that.
So, yoshi-p i know you not read this lmao. But, why not make the placard as an NPC who sell housing tickets, and after the tickets sold at a certain threshold/certain time frame they will draw the winning number. No need to camping, no need angry customers, people still can do content while waiting for their chance to win.
