Does anyone know why the Lodestone entry for the Engendered Soma in Akademia Anyder is listed as "Will only appear under certain circumstances"?

Anecdotally I feel like I have occasionally seen this mob not spawn on occasion, but I could be mistaken. Does anyone know what that line on the Lodestone is referring to and what those circumstances are? Thanks!
