Ever since 5.4 I have been having issues where the game lags for a second or so, the FPS drops and it makes it rather annoying trying to do content.
I'm not sure if this is a game issue or a windows issue but I haven't had this happen in any other games that i play.
I am running:
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9600K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Edition Windows 10 Home
Version 20H2
Installed on 4/11/2020
OS build 19042.685
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0
with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070
I have checked all drivers and windows updates and also tried rolling back but nothing seems to fix the issue.
