I don't know if this is the right forum for this, but it's something that needs to be said. I tried ordering a couple of T Shirts from Uniqlo. It wasn't the FFXIV T Shirts, but some of their other offerings. This was almost 3 weeks ago now. Uniqlo uses a carrier called "OnTrac" which before ordering from Uniqlo, I had never heard of. The carrier lost my order and isn't taking responsibility for it. What. This is a very bad look for both the carrier and distributor. Maybe they'll clean up their act and use a reliable carrier, but for now I don't think anyone, specially Square Enix, should be doing business with them.
Anyone else order from Uniqlo, be it the FFXIV shirts or not, and have problems with them?
