I have previously paid for an additional retainer, and the subscription has run out. I intended to delete the retainer when the subscription ended as i didn't desire to have them again, but it seems that i am unable to interact with the inaccessable retainer in any way, including to delete them.
I am unsure if i am missing something and being dumb, but is it possible for me to delete the inaccessible retainer in this situation without paying for the additional retainer service again solely to just...delete them? because that seems silly. Thanks for any help!
