QoL Suggestion: /hudlayout test visuals

Some UI elements are a big hard to position as their /hudlayout bounding area doesn't quite map to their size or shape during actual displayed use. An option to have /hudlayout populate all or a selection of HUD elements with generated fake information would help give a better feel for what you were building the UI to look like in different conditions (party, alliance, a boss with many of each classification of buff/debuff, etc.).
