Frequency: Almost every time, depending on snapshot
Area and coordinates: CC PvP Areas
Steps:
1. Use Dragoon LB in PvP
2. Get killed between pressing Dragoon LB button and rising up in the air above ground as part of the animation of the LB.
3. Upon respawn receive the shielding effect of DRG LB, which stays locked at 10s buff time for an extended time frame (potentially until taking damage first time again), only then the 10s timer counts down again.
I experienced it at least two-three times, maybe it is intentional, but it doesn't seem fair to me. It could be happening more often lately due to the recent adjustment of how PvP skills are delayed etc. I haven't encountered it really so much before.
Saw it on an enemy player too, so it is not just me.
As you can see the HP bar already has the Shield HP calculated in. This wouldn't show usually and be at 0.
