Everything collectable (minus the rare weather items) will fit into one company chest slot! For the FC I run I decided to organise in order the items in the order they appear in the gathering log, (Mining > Quarrying > Logging > Harvesting) and they all fit perfectly into one FC chest compartment!
(Screenshot below has some items missing because we were crafting with them but I assure you that all items fit!)
