5.2 patch notes mentioned how various items from the Heavensward favors system can be exchanged for blue crafter scrip tokens. Those can be used for Anima. Then it hit me, where else can you get those objects, such as Red Ooid? From pirate spoils. And where are pirate spoils from, other than Diadem? Ishgard restoration scrips.
I know this is highly situational, and hope my epiphany helps someone.
