Games like God Of War 2018 and countless others have been confirmed to run better on ps5 without even a patch. If the game in question has an unlocked framerate, it will run better in the vast majority of cases.
I've been playing on ps4 pro for a couple of years now, with 4k mode enabled... and the framerate is sometimes painful to look at, but I seem to remember it being unlocked, especially in my apartment, it seems to run at close to 60 fps.
Are there any news on this anywhere? My quick research didn't bear fruit.
