Ps4 And Pc Compatibility On Same Account?

Hey all! Just had a quick question on how this works. I’ve played on my PC for the most part on my account, I was wondering if I can pick up and play my same account on PS4 too? All I need is to buy a PS4 version too? Thanks for any info!
