over a year ago, I wanted to try using the marriage system in FFXIV. I have an exboyfriend that I spend a lot of time with. however, we kinda lost interest in the game at some point, and my ex is really busy with work so we never have time to hop on the game together anymore. We mostly spend time together in other ways.
Fast forward to December 2020, they came out with a freebie game time event recently. I sent an invitation to my ex so that we could try to get the ceremony finished on Christmas day. We hang out for a while and talk, and emote at each other, and we're having a great time. but the ceremony is broken because our wristlets are BOTH gone.
What can we do in this situation? its occupying a quest slot on my character. Its really annoying and I don't see any solutions. I tried to contact Squenix about it, but they sent me a basic response with basic information instead of actually helping me with my problem.
