[probably A Repost] Why Ffxiv Duty Finder Isn't As Toxic As Wow's Dungeon Finder?

First of all, sorry if this was discussed before, I'm pretty new to this sub.

I was watching Zelpha HQ's video on the toxicity topic, and she kinda ask this question but doesn't dive much into it. I'm a fairly new player, with around 80 hours of gameplay, and so far I have encountered very few toxic players on duties. I love watching cutscenes and I can't recall of anyone that actually complained about waiting. I haven't found any ants-in-the-pants player either, that just rushes off, aggroing a lot of mobs and complaining about the slow tank.

I'm a very very veteran WoW player, on the other hand. I played since TBC until BFA and the experience is pretty much the opposite. Other than a few instances back in the Lich King expansion, I can't recall many nice interactions I had. Hell, from the end of Draenor up to when I FINALLY gave up, I can tell that I barely had any interactions at all, sometimes players just leave or kick you out without typing a single word in the chat. The few recent interactions I had were horrible, people were just super mean.

I have my own theory that the game is just not that appealing to most players anymore, and that they just keep playing out of vice and misery. This was my case, at least. Hell, I was toxic many many times.

Anyone has a theory on why it is like this?
