POTD - Can't get past level 21-30 solo but nobody queues to do as group

I am really fed up of queueing for hours for POTD (level 71). I just want to get to 100 for the mount. I've tried soloing but can't get very far (I'm not particularly good at dungeons, Carpal Tunnel makes me a bit slow).

I really wish they would add NPC parties for old dungeons so those of us newer to the game can still enjoy.

Any suggestions welcome
