I have to admit, it was my first time reporting someone so I was a little bit nervous when I got the PM from a GM, but GM Ranisseile was very professional, polite and understanding to the situation! I'm really glad I've got them to PM me for the issue and I'm very happy to know there is someone like them on the staff member! If you're reading this, good job and keep up the good work!
