Submitted a ticket about an incident that occured during a 24man raid. GM was prompt in getting back to me, took down as much information that they could, and was super patient with me since they caught me in another Dungeon raid for my relic.
One thing I will say though is I would improve on the blacklist system. I would like to blacklist like before and just adding who I need to versus only being able to do it from my contacts if I have partied with them.
