Polling Thoughts: Having FATE chains or certain FATE's spawn an instanced fight

After seeing the Chaotic Alliance Raid previews I was really happy since I had been wanting something like that for a long time in FFXIV. A large scale battle between a boss and players that basically anyone can join in on.

It personally reminded me of PSO2's "Emergency Quests" that would sometimes spawn whilst playing the game. They consisted of previous story-related missions and boss battles and allowed upwards to (I think) 30 players per instance with multiple instances running.

Therefore, I proposed in my head a way to make FATE's stay relevant for longer periods of time:

Emergency Raid/Battle in FFXIV
The idea is is that after specific FATE chains or FATE battles are completed, it spawns some sort of portal or beacon at that spot where players can use it to queue up for a large scale raid/battle allowing up to 24 players per instance to participate in. To help gather more players, a automated world-wide (or maybe cross-world?) shout could be displayed notifying players that there is an Emergency Raid/Battle in whichever area its active for that server.

By not giving a hard minimum on players, people can run these even if there isn't 24 players allowing for smaller groups during low pop periods to still run these.

Fight structure can range anywhere from a boss battle to a large dungeon or gamemode to complete. Ex: Unique raid bosses relating to the zone/fates, a dungeon with several bosses, or defend-capture-control type modes.

Pulling from PSO2 again: An Emergency Raid/Battle completion meter can also be available to show the active zone how far/how many more battles can/should be done to achieve victory.

Rewards I believe should match the level of your job for XP as well as giving other materials such as Tome-gear upgrades, materia, and current tomestones allowing for an alternative way to get these items. Though items like materia and tome-gear upgrades should be quite rare considering they are usually time-gated on daily/weekly clears on other content.

Curious as to what people may think to this sort of idea and if it would be enjoyed by the community if it existed.
