Which is more important to you in regards to glamour and customization? Do you need shoes to bring an outfit together, or do you feel that you're never fully dressed without a hat?
Imagine an alternate timeline where in addition to their more "unique" head shapes, Viera and Hrothgar had more animalistic/digitigrade feet as they did in their source games (see below). However, due to time constraints, the devs could only allocate resources to fitting hats or footwear to accommodate them. Which would you rather have?

- Access to all headgear (and potentially hairstyles), but footwear is widely unavailable aside from a handful of race-specific options due to their unique feet.
- Access to all footwear, but headgear and hairstyles are severely limited (as it is currently).
