I just bought FFxiv the complete pack for ps4. I startit up and it says i need to log in the only option is to say i have a SE account but i didn't so i made one, only thing is i cant type in the id box. The id box had my old psn and the password and OTP is empty. I tried looking online and it said i needed a code that came with the game , but i bought it digital?!? Idk what to do now..
