Tbh the class feels broken and unusable compared to the likes of summoner and Redmage. The fact that this class is useless in most High end raiding content unless you basically know the fights on a frame by frame level and even then if it has alot of movement blm still feels pretty bad which most of the fights realistically speaking requires a lot of movement, the effort to play this class just doesn't feel like its worth the reward. To make matters worst and this probably should be an entire thread to itself the broken macro system makes this classes already punishing mobility issue even more punishing since some weird macro spam is required to successfully use Aetherial Manipulation. Something should be done towards both either reworking BLM all together or make its high skill cap having a worth while pay off, also these so called escape tools, like Aetherial Manipulation and Ninja's Shukuchi needs to be fixed so one button can be pressed and the skill is used, its impractical for the system to require multiple presses or whatever the conditions it requires are just doesnt feel like it makes the skills as effective as they should be (getting you out of danger consistently). And as for the macro situation, that is probably better mentioned on a separate thread like I mentioned.
