It's hard enough to get someone to step up and try to corral 24 people in the same direction on something as chaotic as a 72 man battlefield. Is it too much to ask to not try and make it any harder for them? It's a huge bonus to have someone there that knows the gameflow and can guide people in the right direction. You get more rewards for wins, after all.
Of course there's going to be the armchair warriors that are just going to rage because they didn't get healed when they charged 40 people- absolutely feel free to knock them down a peg, but the guy that's just trying to keep track of the timer on drones and call that out to chat? Can you leave that guy alone, please?
And it's not just Frontlines. I've seen people catching hell in Alliance raids for trying to relay cliff-notes versions of boss mechanics before each pull. If the information isn't wrong, it's called being helpful. If you've killed the same boss 68 times and know the mechanics, they're not talking to you. Please let them help. It's for the benefit of that sprout that might otherwise wipe the group to a mechanic he didn't know about, keeping you from being mad at him instead.
