I generally keep my spell effects limited because as a WHM I use Holy quite frequently and don't like to blind myself.
Getting back into fishing and I've found that new new hooking effect requires "Show all" to be enabled in order to see the !, !!, or !!! above my character.
Basically, as the title suggests, please consider allowing the fishing indication to show on limited effects.
