This worked out well when I tried to explain some of what you might find in a Wal-Mart and almost no where else. (To a Japanese co-worker)

I've seen every single one of those at Wal-Mart.

I'll one-up the beer and diapers:

I've seen people buying beer, cigs & food. (with kids) When the bill was too high, what did they put back? Food items... and the food was... well... mostly Junk food.
