Hey, considering a lot of people are asking around for "the new BiS set" for BLU, I went ahead and put heads together with a couple of theorycrafters at the Blue Academy and The Balance Discord servers.
These BiS sets account for tanks, healers, and different sets for DPS, along with a special DoT-based one because of the new powerful DoTs that we've gotten with this new patch that's suggested to be the new meta. Included at the last sheet is a supposed ideal spell slot setup and opener for DPS.
