Steps:
1. Open Party Finder.
2. If you haven't already blacklisted someone from the PF, do so.
3. Close and re-open PF. Notice that the party from the blacklisted person isn't there.
4. Go to the Party Finder settings, and tick "Show blacklisted recruiters" if it's not already ticked, and click Accept.
5. Close and re-open PF. Notice that the party from the blacklisted person *still* isn't there, even though it should now be being displayed.
6. Go to Main Menu->Social->Blacklist, and remove the person you blacklisted earlier from the blacklist.
7. Close and re-open PF. The listing now re-appears, proving that the Party Finder listing did not expire in the meantime.

[Unfortunately I was unable to obtain the system information; I run the Windows version of the game under Linux using WINE, and the system information tool crashed when I try to run it. I apologise for the inconvenience; if there's another way to get what you need, please let me know.]
