Party Finder alliance raid Group issues

Please give the ability in a pre-formed alliance raid party to have players swap spots between 2 alliances without needing to leave the party
EG:
- player in alliance A wants to swap with player in alliance B
- Player in alliance B wants to move to a empty spot in Alliance C
