I'm not actually sure if this is localization, per say, but it is text-related, and the in-game bug report form says to put text-related issues here.
The orchestrion track "Where the Heart Is" is listed as locales; either the track is implemented wrong and it is in fact supposed to be the daytime housing area theme, or it is classified incorrectly. What currently plays is the cutscene theme from 1.0, which shouldn't be classified as Locales.
