Steps:
1) Tonberry failed the Mech hanger gamma construction fate (I heard it failed at about 2%)
2) After failing, I entered Sinus Ardorum Instance 1
3) I went to the location Orbitingway should be, but NPC is not there
4) My friends tried all other instances, NPC is missing in all instances
5) I also confirmed with other people standing nearby, they also said NPC was gone for them too.
6) No-one can spend their Lunar Credits fr the next 6-8 hours (maybe more if the FATE fails again)
