Hello all - I am posting this here out of pure desperation due to a complete lack of response in game. I have been being harassed and stalked in game by another player for over 2 weeks now and have submitted 8 different reports of this with specific details of things that have been said to me, and also to some of my friends. The person keeps making various alts with offensive names and following me around everywhere I go using offensive custom emotes, making offensive comments in say chat, has admitted to que sniping to enter content that I am queued for and generally just being toxic. This has been causing me a great deal of distress and I am shocked at the complete lack of response that I have had - especially after hearing so much about how tough GM's can be on harassment. Several of my friends have made reports, some have had in game GM responses but there has been no outcome other than being told to blacklist the player...which ultimately does nothing at all because they just make a new character.
I am hoping someone sees this and it prompts a response, or someone can offer me some advice on what I can do? It really seems like the GM's don't care to help and at this point they are blatantly allowing ongoing harassment. It seems the only option at this point is for me to quit the game completely.

Update: Thank you so much for everyone who has responded even if its just to show support, I really appreciate it. I actually managed to find a number for customer services and called this, I was basically told to just keep blacklisting and to "have faith in the GM's".
Also, things like changing name, data centre or even creating a new account - sadly I really don't believe they would work as this person is very good at what they do and they would find me anyway. It seems my only option is to wait - however a GM has just contacted my friend who asked them to look into my reports, which they did say they will. Fingers crossed
