I'm playing through the story again with my wife after playing since ARR's release, and I've run into a lot of people who, often with just crafting mentor status, berate new players in Novice Chat. It's gotten to the point where I rarely actually see NEW people in there, just a bunch of mentors talking and complaining about how new people don't know mechanics of certain fights.
Is there any plans for SE to address this? It seems really dickish and contrary to the entire point of the chat itself. I really don't understand the thought process of mentors going into a novice chat to complain about novices.
