Area and coordinates: Ocean Fishing event
Steps:
1. Be level 80 Fishing
2. Take part in Ocean Fishing event
3. Score over 4k points
4. Upon the end you receive Experience Points and Yellow Scripts. No White Scripts.
I've taken part in 5 fishing events; scoring over 5k twice, and over 10k once and I have yet to get any White Scripts even though I've been level 80 Fisher since August of last year.
