Not Received Complete Digital Collector's Upgrade

As per title, purchased the Complete Collector's Digital Edition Upgrade.


Using the MOG Station > Additional Services > Complete Collector's Edition Upgrade


All appeared to go through, until the confirmation screen, where an error was displayed.


However my Credit Card has been debited, and I have not received the items / upgrade.


Ticket logged with support over a week ago, no response other than the canned 'ticket logged'.



So, charged £49.99, logged ticket, (Ticket Number: 14299474) NO response or resolution. :mad:


Please pass this to someone who can assist.
