Noob Question: How Long Does It Take For Support To Get Back To Me About The Issue

Had a problem purchasing Peacock mount last night. The transaction is now pending as shown on my account app (as of 21/12/2020) and I have been charged with the amount. Received no notification or moogle delivery. Payment history also showed no record of transaction.

Emailed Support Center shortly after and got myself a ticket number. How do I check for an update with that?
