Ninja Question: Is it worth it to overcap ninki with Meisui to line up with Zessho Meppo?

If I have 30 ninki, pop Dokumuri (giving me 70 ninki) to get Zessho Meppo while Bunshin is on CD should I use the Zessho Meppo without the Meisui buff to avoid overcapping ninki? Or should I overcap for the additional potency?
