Next Limbus cycle layout suggestions?

The next Limbus cycle will be slightly different because I'm going to attempt to run it around Onorok's schedule. Onorok has one of the chips needed for an Apollyon collection to pop Proto-Omega (1/4) that he'd like to get rid of.

Onorok is more than likely going to be absent on Tuesday runs making it hard for him to collect an entire set in the same cycle time. I intend to get the entire Proto-Omega chipset into his hands in order for him to use up the chip he already has and to give him a shot at receiving the Homam Hands (as he'd be first lot priority any way we do it).

If Fridays are setup to be Apollyon runs, what should be done with the Tuesday runs in this cycle? Should we alternate and start up another Temenos cycle of six on Tuesdays with Apollyon on Fridays or should we attempt to do a speed collection of another seperate Apollyon set?

Examples

Appolyon and Temenos alternating

25AUG06 - Friday --> Apollyon run #2, Onorok collects (2/4)
29AUG06 - Tuesday --> Temenos #1 (#2 if splinter BLM group goes)
01SEP06 - Friday --> Apollyon run #3, Onorok collects (3/4)
05SEP06 - Tuesday --> Temenos #3
08SEP06 - Friday --> Apollyon run #4, Onorok collects (4/4)
12SEP06 - Tuesday --> Temenos #4
15SEP06 - Friday --> Proto-Omega
19SEP06 - Tuesday --> Temenos #5
22SEP06 - Friday --> Temenos #6
26SEP06 - Tuesday --> Proto-Ultima

Apollyon set 1 and Apollyon set 2

25AUG06 - Friday --> Apollyon1 run #2, Onorok collects (2/4)
29AUG06 - Tuesday --> Apollyon2 run #1
01SEP06 - Friday --> Apollyon1 run #3, Onorok collects (3/4)
05SEP06 - Tuesday --> Apollyon2 run #2
08SEP06 - Friday --> Apollyon1 run #4, Onorok collects (4/4)
12SEP06 - Tuesday --> Apollyon2 run #3
15SEP06 - Friday --> Proto-Omega
19SEP06 - Tuesday --> Apollyon2 run #4
22SEP06 - Friday --> Proto-Omega

I personally like the combined Temenos and Apollyon cycles due to the fact that we can send a BLM splinter group in to take a pre-central chip and knock out 2 runs in a day for one of the Temenos cycle runs. Currently we're going VERY VERY slowly. I don't see enough Nashira. We need more Nashira. More Nashira. More Nashira...

If there is any other method of speed/mininimum clearing another pre-central Temenos floor (or including the primary chip holder on a post-central floor) let me know. I'm all for compressing these runs down to as little time as possible in order to complete more of the Proto-Omega/Proto-Ultima fights. My main focus is not the coins, but the actual collection of the chips to perform those fights as many times as possible to exhaust our primary lot lists in both zones.

Nothing says we have to do an Apollyon run in the next cycle either, we could attempt another Temenos cycle with the sole purpose of quickly collecting the required chips in order to fight Proto-Ultima again in the shortest time. If anyone sees a method that would cut down a 6 day Temenos collect time to 4 or less, I'd love to give it a shot in order to get to Proto-Ultima very quickly.

I was actually wondering if it would be effective to ALWAYS have 2 runs going at a time from now on. On Tuesdays, split into smaller groups and do 2 separate apollyons. We've been doing Limbus long enough that I think everyone knows the ropes. You may have to kill fewer mobs on the way up to be able to do it with fewer people, but since your'e doing multiple zones, the total coin count would work out relatively the same when pooled up and divided.

I know certain specific routes in Limbus require a full alliance, but not many.

My only problem comes with attempting to get the chips into the right person's hands. Temenos is easier to do multiple runs for (on the same cycle) because the tier 1 chips can go to anyone.

Now with two Apollyon cycles going, 1 day can be converted into the collection day for both cycles. It's an interesting problem, lol.

As long as people who "almost always" go to Limbus get the chips, there's no problem. Example - Obviously you get one set of chips. I think you could just figure it out on the fly like this:

- If someone else who is there has a chip, do a run that nets them a different chip.
- If nobody else who is there has a chip, give it to whoever comes the most frequently.

There would be a slight stall in getting to the boss in the beginning, but in the end you could easily be doing 3-5 boss runs per month.

Not sure i really like this idea of working around one person's schedule. I usually have Tuesdays off but work on Fridays till 10 or 11. Does this mean we could start later on Fridays so i could make it?

I think the reason for working around a schedule is that he has one of the chips already. They're Ex, so it's not like someone else can do the run then give him the chip later.

Well, good news (for me at least). The school I am going to part-time offered another course this semester that meets on Sundays, and I got approved to take that course (Indesign) instead of a different course (Quark Xpress) on my certificate curriculum. And so I am not taking the Tuesday night course. Woo!
