Been a Final Fantasy fan ever sinxe FFX came out.
I just started FFXIV, well actually I gave it a go 2 years ago. I was playing a melee character, don't remember which class (a fighter with fists). I only got up to lvl 20 ish back then.
Last week I tried to give the game another chance and started an arcanist.
But again I'm quickly losing interest. Is the gameplay always this slow? Standing still for 2 seconds to cast a single target spell that barely damages the novice mobs isn't really my thing ...
Does the gameplay get better later on? And not being able to sprint for a whole minute is also kinda slow paced.
