Hello all, I started playing a few weeks ago after 13 years of playing WoW and getting sick of the dumpster fire that has become the storyline there. Loving ffxiv, and I wish I'd jumped ship years ago.
My question is, is there any reason to leave a piece of gear at 100% spiritbond? Does it confer any benefit? The game pops up a somewhat dire warning when I go to extract materia, but aside from that I can't find any reason to not just extract everything as soon as it hits 100%.
