Been having thoughts how I would design a new healer in FFXIV so here is my attempt at it.
Weapon: Fan and Prayer Beads
Lore: A hidden Gelmorran art that was thought to be forgotten entirely yet through a miraculous archeological find hope for the art's revival has been kindled, yet the elementals of the Twelveswood forbids the use to anyone but those they deem worthy to bring lasting peace to both the living and the dead.
Starts at lv70.
Job mechanics:
Prayer's Blessing stacks: has a maximum of 3 stacks, no timer, increases next healing spell by 5%/10%/20% based on stacks accumulated and consuming them.
Prayer's Judgement stacks: has a maximum of 3 stacks, no timer, increases next damage spell by 5%/10%20% based on stacks accumulated and consumes them.
Job abilities:
Lv1 Damnation, dmg potency 170, 400 mp, 2.5s cast, 25y range
Lv2 Prayer, cure potency 650, 500 mp, 2.5s cast, 30y range
Lv 4 Commune, consume all current Prayer's Blessing stacks and grant that many Prayer's Judgement stacks also consume all current Prayer's Judgement stacks and grant that many Prayer's Blessing stacks.
Lv8 Salting, DoT, potency 30, duration 30s, 25y range, 400 mp
Lv 12 Revival, 8s cast, 2.5s recast, 2000 mp, 35y range
Lv 15 Salvation, prevents the target from K.O., 5s, 180s cd, 30y range
Lv 20 Spectral Gift, cures self and nearby party members, healing potency 300, 20y radius, 1000 mp
Lv 26 Spectral Blessing, consume all Prayer's Judgement stacks to give target player 1%/2%/4% dmg up for 10s, 60s cd, 30y range
Lv30 Spectral Shield, consume all Player's Blessing stacks to give target player shield strength equal to 2%/4%/10% of their max hp, 60s cd, 30y range
Lv 35 Spectral Flight, teleport to target location healing anyone passed through, cure potency 300, 20y range, 30s cd
Lv40 Living Memory, consume equal amount of both stacks to grant party shield 2%/5%/10% of max hp, 120s cd, 25y radius
Lv45 Calling, deals aoe damage to target and those around it, 140 potency, 2.5s cast, 700 mp, additional effect: slow, duration 10s
Lv46 Salting II, DoT, 45 potency, duration 30s, 25y range, 500 mp
Lv 50 Pacify, prevents next healing spell or next damage spell from consuming respective stacks, 45s cd.
